The Study and Work Away team provides support to students and staff participating in a broad range of activities, including incoming and outgoing exchanges, study and work placements, summer programmes and other international experiences.

Availability

I support students doing credit-bearing placements where they work, do research, or study at a language school.  These placements are carried out on a non-reciprocal basis (not via an exchange agreement).  The students come from different Schools, but are mainly Year 3 students from the School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures.

As a Projects Adviser, I help coordinate Erasmus+ KA203 projects, as well as short, virtual and collaborative opportunities. These include virtual exchange opportunities, summer schools, virtual training programmes for students and staff, as well as the allocation of the Principals Go Abroad Fund for self-sourced student international activities.
