Otherwise, exchange students may register for courses alongside other MICA students as long as they meet the prerequisite requirements and permissions from their home school. Exchange students are required to live on MICA's campus; off-campus housing is not an option. To obtain a U.S. student visa, you will be required to submit bank statements showing you have access to a specific sum. The exact amount varies depending on host institution. At MICA, students must demonstrate at least $10,500 USD in a savings or checking account that will be available to them during their semester in the United States.
