Accommodation information and guarantee

  • Incoming Exchange students enrolled on one of the undergraduate programmes at PolyU for semester-based study are guaranteed accommodation at the University-managed Accommodation (including the Student Halls and Off-campus Housing) for a twin-sharing room. 
  • Single-room options are not available. 
  • The university reserves the right to assign the accommodation in the Student Halls of Residence or Off-campus Housing as and when necessary and appropriate. Housing application instructions will be sent to successful applicants in their admission email. 
  • The housing application period is usually in early August and early December.
